On the occasion of Alicia Adamerovich’s first museum exhibition at the San Luis Obispo Museum of Art, Michael Kohn Gallery is pleased to present Friends of SLOMA, a celebratory exhibition and marker of the ongoing relationship between the artists of the gallery, SLOMA and Chief Curator, Emma Saperstein.

Up the 101 and along the coast have traveled various bodies of work– from William Brickel’s museum debut, I’d Tell You If I Could, in 2021, to Siji Krishnan’s recent solo exhibition, A Secret Place, and the spotlight of additional work by Sophia Narrett and Chiffon Thomas. SLOMA has been a supportive landing place for pivotal moments in each artists’ respective careers. On June 5th, SLOMA presents Alicia Adamerovich’s first museum solo exhibition which will be on view through October 2026.
